WIP- Gathering Information

This week, I just worked on gathering information for my infographic. I want int to be informative and have information that people may not already know. This is what I have come up with so far:

Kale- Kale is a green vegetable typically used in salads and stir-fry’s but can be thrown into a smoothie for extra nutrition. It is full of fibre, Vitamin A, C and K, Omega 3 and protein.

Blueberries- Blueberries are not only tasty, but have one of the best health benefits of fruit. These benefits include Vitamin K, Manganese, Vitamin C, Fibre and copper.

Banana- Not only do bananas have a variety of vitamins and minerals, they are also very filling. The list of vitamins and minerals are Vitamin B6, Manganese, Vitamin C, Potassium, Protein, Magnesium and Iron.

Spirulina Powder is a type of natural algae that is high in protein, vitamin B, iron and antioxidants.

Almond Milk- Since Almond milk is made from water and almonds, it is very natural and things have not been added to it. It is low in fat but high in energy, protein, lipids, fibre, calcium, iron, magnesium, and Vitamin C and B6.

Greek Yogurt- Greek yogurt is first of all, a probiotic, which has good bacteria that helps to clean your body. It is also full of protein, vitamin B12, Potassium, Iodine and Calcium.
